Shipping Policy – Homezy Egypt

At Homezy, we partner with trusted shipping companies such as Aramex and Bosta to ensure reliable delivery of our products across all governorates in Egypt. Please note that our responsibility ends once the shipment is handed over to the courier.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Other Governorates: Approximately 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery time may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or workload at the shipping company. Homezy is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Shipping Costs:

Bosta Egypt:

  • Cairo and Giza: EGP 35 – 45

  • Other governorates: EGP 45 – 60

Aramex Egypt:

  • Cairo and Giza: EGP 40 – 50

  • Other governorates: EGP 55 – 75

Final shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer's location and the weight of the shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Available for all governorates.

  • Additional fee: EGP 10.

In the event of order refusal or failed delivery, the customer bears the full cost of shipping and return, and Homezy reserves the right to suspend future transactions with the customer.

Important Conditions:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

  • The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details and a valid phone number.

  • Homezy holds no liability for delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unresponsiveness, the customer bears all related costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns or unjustified refusal to receive the order.
