Refund and Return Policy – Homezy Egypt

At Homezy, we strive to provide a satisfying and secure shopping experience. However, we enforce clear and fair return and refund conditions to protect both the customer's rights and the store's policies.

1. Return of Products:

You may request to return a product only under the following conditions:

Reason for Return Return Accepted? Conditions
Received a product you did not order Yes - Within 14 days from delivery- Must be unused- In original condition with packaging and manuals
Received a damaged product (unused) Yes - Package must be opened within 7 days- Clear proof of damage required
Product differs from description online Yes - Unused and in the same condition as delivered- Must include original packaging

Note: No returns are accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used items, especially those related to hygiene or personal care.

  • Products that by nature cannot be returned or have a limited shelf life.

  • Products that have been altered or used in a way that changes their original condition.

We reserve the full right to reject any return request that does not meet our conditions, based on Homezy’s sole discretion after inspection.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the outcome. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees or service charges are non-refundable.

  • The customer bears the full cost of return shipping.

Proof of product receipt by our warehouse is required for the refund to be processed.

4. Gift Returns:

If you received a product as a gift, any compensation will be issued as store credit and not as a cash refund.

5. Customer Responsibility:

  • The customer is responsible for returning the product safely.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.

  • We recommend using secure shipping with tracking.
